Custom Payment Plan


There are absolutely NO upfront fees you must pay us before we get started building your custom design website. We will get started creating your custom website immediately after you sign and submit to us our "Custom Design Website Agreement" form.

After creating the home page along with up to five other main pages, we will show you the website. This is done in order to be certain that we are creating the custom website based on your criteria in every fashion. In the event, we've missed the mark in any way, we will make the necessary alterations and modifications until you're glowing with joy. Once you're 100% happy with the overall look and feel of the website at this stage of development, you'll sign our "Initial Approval" form and submit a payment to us of one third of the total price of our web solution service. Thereafter, we will continue with completing the remainder of the website.

Once we've completed the custom design website and performed dozens of test to ensure everything is functioning properly, we will send you an invoice for the final two-third payment. Also we will ask you to thoroughly inspect the completed website. If  there are any design or grammatical errors, we will happily and quickly make those corrections. After all corrections have been made, you will send us the final two-third payment and a copy of the signed invoice. Once we have received FULL payment for our services, your website will be officially launched and made live online.

Throughout the development of your custom design website, we will require pertinent information from you such as content for the pages, images, PDF and MS Word files, product data and prices, videos and audio files, etc. in order to complete the website. From our experience, many times the completion of a website project is prolonged due to waiting on information from our customers. Therefore, in order to avoid undue delays, we are offering our customers a nice discount on the final two-third payment.

The way it works is simple. Once we provide you with a list of things we need to complete your custom website, we will give you a reasonable deadlines to have all of the things submitted to us. If you meet each deadline, we will happily give you a discount of up to 10% off the final two-third payment.

You have the options of paying us by check, money order, or credit/debit card through PayPal. If you prefer to use a check or money order, please make it payable to BE Créatif Quality Web Solutions. A NSF fee of $45.00 will be charged in the unlikely event a check is returned due to insufficient funds. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, you will have three business days to pay the full balance and the $45.00 NSF fee before your website is taken offline.

Maintenance Plan


Our maintenance service proactively keeps your custom website safe from hackers and accidental user errors. The service provides daily website backup, weekly content management system updates, and ongoing monitoring to ensure all website component are secure and operating correctly with the latest software versions. During the website maintenance process, we also scan your website for malware to ensure your site isn’t being used to spread viruses or other malicious programs.

Your website needs regular maintenance to perform as it should. Updates are always being made to the opensource platforms as well as themes and plugins, and keeping your website platforms installation up-to-date is extremely important, especially since so many updates are security fixes and patches that will prevent potential exploits of the vulnerabilities of your website.

One of the main platforms we use in creating custom website is WordPress. Because WordPress is so widespread, it is constantly being targeted by hackers who will try to break into your site and wreak havoc. As soon the WordPress developers find these vulnerabilities, they create patches to fix them, leading to regular updates that will keep your WordPress installation clean and safe.

Our maintenance service is billed annually and is the same amount as the price of the custom website purchased. In other words, if your paid $13,500 for a custom design website, then your maintenance fee will $13,500 annually. The annual maintenance fee starts the following year on the anniversary of the official launch date of the website. Therefore, your first maintenance service fee will be due exact one year after your website is officially launched and made live online. We will email you an invoice for the maintenance service fee 30 days before the annual due date. We MUST receive your annual maintenance service fee within three business days after the due date to prevent your website from being taken offline.

Our maintenance service does NOT include the following:

1. Keeping your website updated with your business latest information
2. Posting photos of recent events, new products, or new employees
3. Making seasonal changes to keep your content fresh
4. Changing or updating new product or service information
5. Updating portfolio pages to reflect your latest work
6. Posting special online-only coupons or discounts
7. Keeping your clients informed of the most current news about your business
8. Making regular updates to your content to assist with your site’s search engine marketing

Please note that included in the price of your custom website is training. We will thoroughly train you and/or designated persons in your business or organization on how to easily update, edit, add, delete, or change information and images on your website. The CMS back office is very user friendly and easy to use. If you can send an email with an attachment then you can easily use the CMS back office to update your website. This training is up to five days and for two hours each day via telephone and/or screen share technology. Any additional training needed will be billed at $75 per hour.
